The dream of owning a home is exciting. However, the process can be intimidating and confusing.

Capital One saw an opportunity to develop a product to help, guide and educate customers through this experience and be a partner in one of the most important descisions they will ever make.

 

Challenges / Objectives 

A) Overcome the perception of the loan process as being impersonal and non friendly

B) User anxiety: It's common as it relates to products dealing with finances and credit

C) Create a product graphicly pleasing, easy to navigate, be intuitive and time sensitive

D) Design adaptive for cross format enviornment

Involvement in project: kick-off meetings / brainstorming sessions / problem solving of functionality

task flow / design mapping / sketching / wire framing / final comps / clickable prototype
